Go to menu Help >>
Click on 'Allow' to take screenshot if screen content is not ITAR
Otherwise click on 'Deny'.
Choose suitable group and priority and add issue details.
Click on "Send Email to Create Incident"
Forgot Password or Account Locked?
1.Go to Login (use links below).

2.Enter your Network User id and Password.
3.Click the Password Self-Service link.
4.Click Add to select all the systems where password reset/unlock is
required.
5.Click Submit - you will receive an email with the new password.
